Profile GeneratorHi, were FFortissimo custom drums, based in Worcestrer England. We are a custom drum company that have been customizing drums since 1997.
Sick of the same old rubbish that the big companys knock out, I wanted to do something for the cool drummers out there powder coating rims, off set lugs, custom hotrod sparkles, inlays in your wraps. All the cool stuff that our favorite drummers are using. So I decided to put all my cash (and lots of cash I don't have) in to the world of custom drums.I belive that owning a custom kit/snare is more than just being different, it's an image.
Trying to make the coolest kits and snares I can but at affordable prices.
Which is not easy without buying power. So profit needs to take a back seat, I still play to make the mortage payments and I still have job, so for the first year or so you'll get custom kits for cost prices. Anything you like for a fraction of what you'd pay other companys.. Lets call it a part endorsement!!!!! we use the same acrylic shells as ludwig/shine/fvf/truth. Are birch shells are made in the u.k so lead time are prety quick, maple we use keller shells, and segments are made here at ffhead quarters. Most of our finishes are sprayed on using high quality auto finishes, like sparkles glitters and candys, other finishes like pearls are done by wraps. Any drum perchased from us here at ff that over time becomes damaged(through accident or damage) will be fixed for cost and no other charge. Our bass drums now come fitted with The Kelly Shu bass drum mic mounts(unless stated by the customer)This Alows you to mount a kick mic in the shell with no extra drilling. Pure kick drum sound and no stand ripping the front of your head apart.We make like they sound on records, big bass drums,, punchy toms rumbling floor toms and snares that sound engineers hate.
We are a custom company so everything is made to order and is only made once funds have cleared. However every two month we build a bunch of company kits, basically kkits that we can send out to shops, new players that are waiting for their kits to be finished, then we stick them on ebay or here to move them along , so if you can't quite afford the price tag of your ideal kit just yet keep looking back to see if we have made a company kit that takes your fancy.
