What I want is what I've not got....and what I need is all around me.

About Me

"Hello how are you doing today
I hope I find you feeling healthy
I'm so glad our paths crossed this time today
On our way into the night..."
There’s a pretty darn good chance that I could be one of the most interesting people you will ever meet. Sound intriguing? Just get to know me and find out for yourself!
Lets see, hmm…Outdoors is where its at for me. I enjoy being outside most all chances I can get. Staying physically fit and active is a big thing for me. I love to camp, fish, hike, and go for nice drives. Currently, you are most likely to spot me running in the foothills or riding my bikes around town. And I wouldn’t be me if I didn't mention playing golf as another favorite pastime…and since it's the only sport I'm good at, I really enjoy it!
I enjoy traveling and think that quick getaways are a blast! Vegas anyone? Over the last few years, I’ve tied some of my favorites together by traveling to attend Dave Matthews Band concerts. I very much enjoy music, and will listen to virtually anything. DMB though is numero uno in my book. So far, I have 5 concerts planned for this year: Two in Wisconsion and three in central Washington at the Gorge Venue.
I work full time and just a little bit more during the week. Thankfully, I love my job and the people I work with, so going in every day is no problem for me. I’d attempt to explain what it is I do, but you’d lose interest, so I’ll spare you the gory details. School keeps me busy a few nights a week as last fall I decided to return to college to get that sought after degree. I’m primarily doing it for the social aspects of meeting people and learning new things. I’m sure at this rate, I won’t get my degree until I’m 50, but that’s ok…I’ll get it one day.
I recently moved into a condo in the foothills with my buddy Kramer. He’s a one year old wire hair fox terrier and is the goofiest dog you could ever imagine. He’s pretty awesome. Only a few minutes away from work and school, so I’m already enjoying the benefits living close can provide. Maybe I'll bump into you in Hyde Park?
I like to sing and dance…but suck equally at both. I enjoy cooking and even grocery shopping too (after all, I DO work for a grocery chain). I love to laugh and make others laugh too. I mean, who in their right mind doesn’t like to laugh? I really enjoy hanging out with my friends and meeting new and exciting people.
I am all for getting to know people in MySpace, so if you want to ask me any questions, feel free to send me a message.
Goals for 2007:
Get serious with Mountain Biking (don't crash in the mountains!)
Take up Road Biking (don't crash in tight biker shorts!)
Learn to play the Guitar
Begin working with The First Tee of Idaho.
Create your own custom MySpace Layouts

I'd like to meet:

I'm very open to meeting new and exciting people. I'm not a big fan of drama, so if that's your thing, stay away!

What am I looking for in that "special someone"? If you are physically active, honest, down to earth, and funny, then you have got a pretty good shot at peaking my interests. I love to laugh and to make others laugh too, so you get huge brownie points if you can find humor in everyday living!

As for my hero's, I'd like to meet:
Tiger Woods
Dave, Fonz, BT, Butch, Carter, Roi, Rashawn
Jesus

Music:

I really like all kinds of music. My iTunes is filled with everything from the White Stripes to Whitney Houston, Tori Amos to Tool, Neil Young to Nelly, Jack Johnson to Johnny Cash and David Bowie to Dave Matthews. Mix in a little Bob Marley and a dash of Bob Seger and that's pretty much a sampling to what I listen to...

Movies:

Ah yes, movies...

Some of my favorites:
The Usual Suspects
American Beauty
Stand By Me
Wedding Crashers
The Departed
Office Space
Silence of the Lambs
Fargo
50 First Dates

Television:

I haven't watched a lot of TV lately, but some past favorites are:
Six Feet Under
Curb Your Enthusiasm
CSI
The Office
Family Guy
Seinfield
Simpsons
Real Time with Bill Maher

Books:

A friend of mine has recently challenged me to a book reading competition...I best get busy!

Heroes:

In no particular order:
Holly
April
Doug
James
Mom & Dana
