I’m haven’t been a My Space user for very long but before I knew it, I found myself with multiple pages and no time to check out the pages of those sending requests. This made me really think about why I wanted to have a page in the first place. It surely wasn’t to spend hours in front of the computer but because of one reason – MUSIC.
I am a true Music Head. I love to listen, talk about, discover, dance to and create music. I spent 10 years working at major record companies in New York learning the business side of music. I’ve also experienced the artist side as well by singing in a band called NAPIER & JEUDY, writing lyrics, recording a cd, performing solo in New York City and I am currently learning to play the guitar. So from that standpoint, My Space is an amazing tool for all things music.
I am also a photographer and am happy to have found a community for that as well on MySpace. All of the photos in the slide show were shot by me.
So I’ve decided to kind of start over with this whole My Space thing. I closed my main page, opened this personal page and then set some ground rules for myself and those I meet here.
First, I invite all who stumble on my page to enjoy your stay, check out my other links and by all means drop me an e-mail and start a conversation.
However, I will not be adding people just to add people. I want a quality list of My Space friends whom I actually correspond with.
So if you want to sell something, looking to promote yourself or your event, or are just looking to get your friend numbers up, keep it movin'.
And that goes both ways, if you are reading this because of an add request I sent to you, I invite you to check out who I am and see if you think we may click. If you feel we would have nothing to say to each other face to face, I would respect it more if you didn’t add me.
Also, don't take it personally if I don't display comments that are not directed to me. This is a personal page and those type of comments are not. You get the point. ‘nuff said.
