Band Members: some guy who looks just like me, and your mom on marimba. And sometimes I play with the Beat Cops and various other Sandinistas.
Influences: My direct influences are mostly jazz drummers: Elvin Jones, Max Roach, Art Blakey, Tony Williams. Of course I also had a huge poster of Alex Van Halen over my bed when I was in junior high. You know the one when he was playing the kit with the black and white stripes and quad kicks? *That's* rock and roll my friend.
My general musical influences are pretty ecclectic and a bore to try and summarize. Ask me what I'm listening to now.
