I was born in olympia,wa at st.peter hospital and two weeks later my dad who was in the army was transfered to germany. So I spent 4 years there, I wish I remembered more about it. I have vague memories cobble stone streets and the playground close to our quarters.
We then moved to lawton, oklahoma (fort sill) for another 4 years. When my dad retired from the army, we moved back to lacey, WA where my parents had bought a house and had been renting. I went to mountain view elementry and because MY MOM was really mean she held me back in the 3rd grade(even though I qualified for pace and gifted programs that year)plus no third grade teacher in the school thought I needed to be held back so my MOM took it to the school district superintendent. However revenge is a bitch cause I turned 16 my freshman year of high school and you can fit 17 people in a station wagon if you try hard enough. My mom thinks I should let it go, however I am now setting aside money to pay for the extra lettering on her tombstone to let people know she held me back in the thrid grade. Graduated from high school went to the local community college long enough to get an AA in General studies only to find out the degree doesn't transfer anywhere, only certain classes. Having enough elective classes to pretty much go after any field of interest I chose nursing. It's kind of a family business. My mom was a nurse, my dad's mom was a nurse. I got my LPN from Centralia Community College. AWESOME SCHOOL! and then I got my RN from SPSCC. So now I have 2 AA degrees. I should have just gone to a 4 year university and gotten over with. Although my community college route was much cheaper. For the last 4 years I have been working at St. Peters hospital in some form of nursing, yup the same hospital I was born in.
