St Jude

A cool slice of Indie Pop Gorgeousness

About Me

Two lost souls finding each other at the piano... and a guitar. And now look what we can do! Adam helped...... a lot! ; there is a groove, a big chorus and poetry. It is cool, dreamy, angry, catchy. It is the start and the end... it all depends. For now, the music is all that remains; the St Jude diaspora are living other lives ____________________________________________________________ ______________Tom AP lives the life of a delusional fantasist in Hampshire doing ’this and that’; Tom S is on a big family adventure in Jakarta; Adam Fox has closed the door to his garage - his magical garage. Have you seen him? Still it is a kicking sound that demands to be heard. We can regroup any time. You must hear Jawbone. Everyone should hear it. Ever wanted to get angry with Mr Big? This song is that fantasy..... the coyote kills the runner (or some such thing.)Displacement Song: ’I can’t breathe in this machine’....... if work is getting you down this is your chorus.Stay As You Are: The St Jude anthem - for the people you really love.....Later: Kitchen sink production here - the most enormous end chorus.... black stars in an empty sky..... let four words pass and language end....There are many more songs on the set list - last heard at the Hope and Anchor, Islington. There is an album "Heaven to Mars" just sitting there poised for world domination...... soon, brothers and sisters, soon.....+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++X marks the spot:

Myspace LayoutsInteresting Fact 1: Tom S used to teach the boys who became The Verve - in fact recorded an early demo of them in an earlier incarnation "The Rain Garden" featuring 17 year old Richard Ashcroft and Nick McCabe..... a priceless C60 tape is in my possession.....
