StepOut! Entertainment Services
Management
Includes all things listed below. As a manager, StepOut! is paid by a percentage of any income that you receive (shows, merch, sales, advance). Duties and responsibilities are negotiated and vary with every situation.
»
Booking
Includes receiving shows on whatever terms are set. Together an appropriate and realistic number is discussed and determined. Payment is through a percentage of shows only.

Consultation
Advice, advice, advice. Most of the time if you catch a StepOut! employee you can get advice for free. This is because music is our passion and if you want our advice we'll give it to you. Obviously, there is a limit to everything. If we need to spend hours and hours researching a proper solution, etc then a flat rate or per hour fee will be discussed prior.

BANDS:
Send demo submissions to:
StepOut! Entertainment
27013 Pacific Hwy S ..211
Des Moines, WA 98198
Phone: 253-334-9353
Fax: 253-941-8904
**BANDS: Please include a letter or note as to what you are looking for when you send your demo / press kit. I know it seems obvisous, but I never claim to be a mind-reader. Any demo's that don't include SOME kind of thought process are just added to the 2000+ CD collection of mine. And a big fat "thank-you!" for contributing to my OCD. LOL!**
BANDS:(part 2) If you are a "RockStar" and have a huge ego issue, spare me the agony. As much as I'd like to take a pin to release all the "hot air" in that big head of yours... I seriously dont have the time. If you cant agree to the following do not send a press kit, a friend request, an email a phone call, an IM NOR a text.
By doing so you are agreeing to the following:
1. As a band we agree to stay to support the other bands on the bill.
2. As a band we agree to arrive ON TIME or EARLY to load in.
3. As a band we agree to not bad mouth or say any negative comments in the presence of the other bands, venue, staff members, etc.
4. As a band we agree to NOT drink, have girls over, smoke or do any drugs (at the residence) if offered a place to stay by a StepOut staff member.
5. As a band we agree to PROMOTE the shows that are booked by StepOut and any other agent on our behalf. This includes (when possible) to arrive to the destination city early to promote at local hangout, malls, etc.
6. As a band we agree that promoting a show is ALSO our responsibility. It is not SOLELY a promoter, booking agent, label, publicist, manager or venue. And by us not doing so (or chosing to not do so) this does not effect the quality of work done and performed by the above industry persons who are helping us.
It saddens me that I even have to put that!!! Cant believe that some are so big headed rockstars that this now is necessary. Un-freakin' believable!
