I am a XML programmer and a professional guitarist (I do consider it business). I am a guitar/bass instructor in Butte, as well as a interested studio musician if what I do suits your needs. I play guitar in the band River Runs Red . I am not a recording engineer, but I will record your demo at a competitive rate. I also have my own radio show in Butte on 107.1 KMSM - Mondays from 11pm to 2am. I am married, and have 2 kids - my stepson Sam, and my son Ian (born 4/18/08)
I have been playing guitar for around 15 years, and teaching gutiar for about 5 years at the local music store. I enjoy all forms of metal bands as well as other types of music. To be more specific my music taste includes stuff in Metal, Alternative, Hard Rock, Classic Rock, Industrial, Classical Music, and much more.
While growing up in Tucson, AZ...specifically during high school...I joined a few local metal bands while growing my wings as a guitar player...Vile Conviction & G.O.Y.A., to name a couple. I also spent some time (and blood) in a local professional wrestling school and performed in some events under Ron Sutherland (Section 8).
I play Ibanez, ESP and Fender guitars, Mesa/Boogie amplification, TC Electronic, Morley and BOSS pedals, D'Addario & Ernie Ball strings, and Tortex (green and purple)picks. I also play Fender basses, Behringer sound equipment and Peavey amplification.
I use Presonus, Behringer, Audio Technica, Ddrum, and Shure recording equipment and microphones.
