About Me

Since he quit his job as a guitar player for being the singer in his band SACRIFICIUM, Claudio A. Enzler (MY DARKEST HATE / Massacre Records, SACRIFICIUM / Black Lotus Records) had the idea of a band called THY BLEEDING SKIES. The music should be Swedish Death Metal with influences of traditional Death Metal and Doom Metal.
In the middle of 2006 he asked his favourite drummer and close friend JJ Kontoniemi (ICONCLAN / Whirlwind Records, , DEUTERONOMIUM / Little Rose Records, FEILED / Poko Records) from Helsinki (FIN) if he has the time and the energy for being the drummer in a German band. JJ was enthusiastic about the idea and after a short time they decided to work together.
Second and third guitar players were found after Claudio's time as a session singer in the German Black Metal band MIGHT OF LILITH. Wolfgang Nillies (who was a student of Victor Smolski / RAGE ) and Robert Krizek (LIFTHRASIL / Supreme Chaos Records, MIGHT OF LILITH) were the perfect solution for THY BLEEDING SKIES.
Finally a bass player was found in Patrick Uhlmann (THUMBRAISER / Whirlwind Records), who is the manager of SACRIFICIUM.
Actuall they booked a studio for their recordings of their debut CD "Chapters of downfall", that will be released in the beginning of 2008.Be prepared!!!
