Parketi FanClub

The Parketi FanClub are proud of Parketi and their performance at the Macedonian national selection for the 2008 Eurovision song contest. Macedonia was given the chance to choose Rock and Roll and although many voted for Parketi they did not managed to win against the dark forces of commercial crap. Still the amount of votes for Parketi showed that there is hope for Macedonia and something that we might call a future. Parketi confirmed that Rock and roll is alive and kicking in MacedoniaParketi are inspired first and foremost by The Ramones and especially by Joey Ramone, The Rolling Stones (Keith), T-Rex and classic rock..n..roll. The solo guitar player Sims Parket plays the guitar like Keith Richards and even though he ain..t that talented like Keith he really tries hard to look like him. The singer Sasho Parket is a funny guy he is sometimes a cab driver but the costumers think that he does not fit that well in that role. He must be one of the strangest cab drivers in the world. When he is on stage he really gets the crowd going. The Parketti are to be taken lightly, they are positive people that don..t give a damn about anything.
