A very Jovial, humble, integrity, Intelligent and a determine individual (determined to succeed) can be defined "KARLI OWLI".
Karl (Karli Owli) Wilson born on the 13th day of January in the Parish of Portland, Jamaica. Rising up with a family of musicians such as Andrew (Joe Culture) Sinclair, manager and keyboard player of the Black Culture Band (best band in Jamaica in 1990) and his off-springs was also a great experience for him.
His older brother " Omar" was also a selector on Soundsystems such as Soul Sonic International and Mello Construction (only to name a few) back in the early 90s.
With all this intellectual development Karli Owli then decided to become a Dancehall/Reggae artist. He then began to gather his own ideas based on reality, lifestyle, naturalism and things he sees happening around his surroundings.
He became a lot more serious with his music career exactly three and a half years ago while he was living in London.
2002 he usually recorded dub-plates for soundsystems around London, which he also found helpful based on a promotional purpose back then.
2003 he recorded his first single titled "Uptown Girls" and another track titled "Do You Want More" which was a twist between Dancehall and Techno music. Also was a special "Ragga mix" on the titled track "Uptown Girls" (all recorded by Ned Bingham, Songwriter/Producer for the Ocean Bloem Studio based in London.
2004 the tracks were released worldwide on a Compilation Album titled "Do You Want More" by a very famous Miami based Progressive House/Techno DJ called Robbie Rivera. This Album was released on the Ultra records/ UK and on the Universal label/ U.S.A. Info: (www.robbierivera.com).
2006 Karli Owli's in Germany as he continues with his gifted purpose. He also developed in his writing skills and allowed his voice to be heard among the people around Europe and the rest of the world.
For him and his music there are "No Limits" as he continues to spread the message of love while his surroundings become more and more intelligible to him.
As the work continues, Karli Owli is at the moment working on several new coming projects.

Karl "Karli Owli" Wilson wurde in Portland, Jamaika geboren. Durch seinen Bruder, der bei dem Soundsystem Mello Construction und Soul Sonic International als Selector tätig war, kam er auf die Idee ein Dancehall/Reggae- Künstler zu werden. Von da an begann Karli Owli seine eigenen Conscious lyrics zu Schreiben und den Leuten durch Auftritte auf den umliegenden Bühnen einzuheizen. Als der vor über drei Jahren in London lebte begann er die Musik um einiges ernster zu nehmen.
2002 machte er Aufnahmen und Dubplates für Soundsystems in verschieden Gebieten um london.
2003 nahm er die beiden Singles "Uptown Girls" und "Do You Want More" auf.
2004 wurde die Songs auf dem Compilation Album "Do You Want More" von dem berühmten Progressive House & Techno DJ Robbie Rivera in Großbritannien und Amerika veröffentlicht.
Seit 2006 ist Karli Owli in Deutschland. Er arbeitete mit seinem gottgegebenen Talent und entwickelte seine Songwriter-Fähigkeiten weiter...
