I've been told my first steps were on a Pink Floyd song (maybe "Us", "The machines" or "Dark side of the moon"),the gilmour bass stands me up, I guess. Since, I have always been fond of music, the repetitiv ones in particular, with electronic elements...
I've tried some instruments like guitar, violin and piano but it didn't thrill me at all. I still play sometimes the Jew's harp or "guimabarde". My favorite one was the amiga with pro-traker and octalizer but it sounded really bad on my TV ... It was fun thu !
In Y2K, after a few goa parties, a friend showed me how to play with 'cubase' and a SH101 + the 'virus B' , I finally found a way to express all the feelings I've absorbed from listening and travelling the years before. I think I entered in the psychedelic world for good.
Now I'm making music on a simple PC with Cubase, Reason and VST, with controllers and so. I'm a member of the Warbotani Project.
I found trance is a dancefloor but also a spiritual music. It represents a creative space for celebrating life.
It takes energy from people, place and mindtrips !
