And now for the obligatory "about me" blurb...
My name is Karen and I live in Fayetteville, AR with my two wonderful chldren Christopher and Alexandria. Although I love living in Fayetteville, I still long for the days when Fayetteville was still just a "town."
I am currently a student at Blue Cliff College (formerly known as White River School of Massage) I spend most of my time sleeping, hehe, but when I am awake I am either in school for massage therapy or giving free massages for practice. I am also a level 2 Reiki practioner. Reiki has been life changing for me.
People often ask what 11:11 means and there really is no simple answer. I few years ago I began noticing 11:11 often. I found that there were many people who were experiencing the same thing around the world for the last decade or so. They say it is trigger embedded within our DNA that prompts us from our slumber and calls on us to play our role in the healing of humanity. So simply put 11:11 is a wake up call.
We are living in an exciting time in the history of humanity. More and more people are awakening to their true callings and finding struggle along the way. If you feel this too, no worries, everything is unfolding as it should. Those struggles are necessary to learn and overcome the limits of our minds and conditioning so that we can be the light and the way for others just as Jesus did for us. Yes people Jesus is coming, but stop waiting for it to happen! Jesus is returning through you and I. We are his disciples and are the way and the light for others. Remember a miracle is a changed conciousness!
I call myself a Christian b/c I believe Jesus showed us a way to live and by following his way our world can be transformed. The path of Jesus was the path of LOVE, not judgment. Christianity has been hijacked by "free ticket" Christians who believe thay can live however they choose without consequence because they are "saved" while everyone else goes to "hell"; as a result many people have been turned off by Christians. Jesus gave his life for EVERYONE and the gift is FREE!!! I do not beleive one must label themselves a certain religion or say a certain prayer to recieve the gift(to do so would be to place a price on something that is free). ALL ARE SAVED BY HIS LOVE regardless of how one identifies.
I hold great respect for the teachings of many of world's religions and I strive to find the essence of truth within all religions. We all hold a peice of the truth and together we can and will transform our world.
I have been told many times that I am not saved b/c I accept the beliefs of "non-believers." And to this I say you are not God and therefore do not know the whole truth. Truth is constantly unfolding and none of us can claim to know the whole truth. The moment I claim to know the whole truth is the moment I am wrong because truth is relative and only God really knows. I believe this is what it means to fall short of the glory of God.
I beleive we all have a "human condition" that causes us to act on fear rather than love. I hope to one day walk a life of pure love. I know I am not perfect, I anger easily, I get jealous, I can be selfish and pretty bitchy too(oh yes and I hate old people b/c the piss me off, lol), but I don't let that stop me from learning to love better. Neither should you!
