I'm John Christopher Depp II, otherwise known as Johnny Depp, son of John and Betty-Sue Depp and brother to Debbie, Christi, and Danny Depp. My parents went through a nasty divorce when I was younger...it really messed me up and made me turn to drugs. I now live in St. Tropez, France with my girlfriend of 8 years and French popstar, Vanessa Paradis, and our 2 kiddios, Lily-Rose Melody (7), and Jack John Christopher Depp III (4). During sophomore year at Miramar High School in Florida, I mooned my teacher which got me suspended, which led to my dropping out and the dean of the school telling me,"Johnny, We don't want you coming back here. Follow your music dreams...you have real talent." So I listened to him and moved to LA with my band, The Kids, and my then-wife, Lori Anne Allison, who I divorced in 1985. On the way to a gig in LA, I met actor, Nic Cage, who told me about an audition for A Nightmare on Elm Street because he thought I had potential. Now look at where I am. After that, my career somewhat skyrocketed, landing roles on tv series like 21 Jump Street, and other film roles, eventually leading to the Pirates of the Caribbean films.
