About Me

I like to get excited about the little things in life such as new pens and notebooks, shoes that clop, singing my heart out, shocking people, having laugh attacks that make my belly hurt, eating fruits and vegetables fresh from the orchard/garden, hugging and cuddling, finding beautiful sentences that I want to read again and again, feeling my legs against clean sheets, climbing big rocks and sitting on them, timeless songs, finding new ways to move, gigantic, magnificent trees, closing my eyes and swinging, the smell of new books, taking trips, New Year's Eve, campfires, watching my cat gallop and bark at the same time, handmade things, maps, being mischevious, taking baths, old quilts that smell like cedar, snow that crunches when I walk on it, listening to my dad read poetry, country buildings, being on the farm I grew up on, getting to know animals, creating, being somewhere where there is minimal light pollution and the stars are clear and many, being among my favorite people eating good food, listening to the rain and sweet songs.
