About Me
Yea this me Ras Mann, a hip hop/r and b soul singer, let me say a little about me, i was born as Rotimi Adelere Segun in Lagos Nigeria am in my thirty's born in a christian family of seven 3 male and 4 female, am the 1st son, my mom Mrs Felicia (Nee) Mann a Lagos base trader my dad Mr Adegoke .P.O. Aina a singer/wood furnishing maker, my grandad an automobile engineer/church organist (late Emmanuel.O. Aina). I had both elementry and secondary education in Lagos, had a diploma in Accounting at British Carrier training College Great Britain. Live permanently in Europe for over a decade, had a brief stay in Brooklyn New York U.S.A, music has always been my passion since i was a boy, my sisters and i sing in the church, am also into acting, while i was in the boy scout the first tittle i had was an entertainment badge, in the mid eighty i formed a music group (fuji) with the name Ladeinde Negro and the young supreme fuji commanders but i was discourage by my parents "cos then
fuji music was regarded to be for the rough and uneducated guys, so i only sing just to entertain group of friends, but the passion continue to grow in me, so in the year 2001 i discover i need to go back fully into music, this give birth to Ras Mann, with the western influence i choose hip hop and soul music. I had a show with Italian great singer Giani Morandi in Bologna Italy in 2003. Currently completed my 11 songs with the album tittle TRAFFIC JAM coming out soon, also the launching of my album is coming up soon in Amsterdam Netherland watch out!!
