They let the music speak for itself and allow the artist to shine..in return it will reflect on the producers". We developed our own style by mixing different genres, cultures and time frames .. together..that's the beauty of our sound..sometimes you'll know when it's a "Tim and Bob" record then there's times we'll do something different to keep it fresh and creative..just to challenge ourselves, helps u to work with a wide range of artist as well''.“We have been fortunate to work with some of the best and soak up knowledgeâ€, Adds Bob; “One of the lessons we learned from Dallas, L.A.Reid, and Jimmy and Terry is that if your creative enough, u can change radio with one hit, not defined by the sound u currently hear" adds Tim'', everyone wants to hear something new and different.. they encouraged us to always experiment, create recreate create!!!!There inevitably came a time when the team knew if time to move out on their own. Soon after departing from Dallas; they instantly scored number one hits with Jon.B; “They Don't Know", Tamia; “So Into U". This lead to a desire to move out west, and while working with the now defunct Dreamworks label, Tim & Bob were instrumental for getting the rock group Papa Roach signed. The move west was the catalyst to more success.
