G.M.F. <CHECK THA NEW TRACKS OUT>

Patrick D. Cheatham better known as Pat Cheatham, picked up the stage name of South Cak Pat while attending Kentucky State University where he was chasing his dream to earn a football scholarship and go pro. Born June 20 1988 in Greenville SC Pat met up wit partner in rhyme and brother from another mother Antwain T. Woods AKA Yung Twain at the early age of 6 on the streets of GREENLINE while visiting his grandmother in the neighborhood. Becoming close friends the two began to play youth football wit local teams being coached by Pat's father and mentor James Cheatham. Always willing to work together, Pat and Twain later took their talents off the field and into a basic home studio right out of another friends home. Often not taking music to serious the three group memebers the "Top Notch Boyz" made muzik of all sorts distributing cds into their Junior highschools at the time. Though the quality of their music was definately not up to par their response from the streets was quite amazing. Later the group branched separate ways but ended right back where it started wit Pat and Twain. Taking advice from local kinfolk they began to take their music more serious to strive for a major recording contract. Though the two worked and hustled the dreams were going no where fast with little fundings to invest. In late 2007 Pat and Twain linked up with childhood friend Brandon "Boss Man" Cothran who funded and started the independant label New Life Records. In the studio daily the group "Get Money Fam" G.M.F. a spin off of Twain's Greenville neighboorHOOD is striving to flood the streets of the South Cak A Lac and put us on the map wit good quality feel good ridin music.
