Monarch is one of New Zealand’s most anticipated Urban artists of this year. Currently a resident of the Gold Coast, Monarch has become a Queensland favourite with his heart felt music and his urban flavour. He has been a major part of the New Zealand music scene, and one of the first artists to be on the Notorious Dawn Raid Entertainment record label, starting in 1996. Known then as "Kindemson".Starting his own label Phatlace Productions in 2006, Monarch has been working on his debut album, Pushing thru. Monarch tells tales of the ups and downs of he has faced to get to where he is today.
