..THE PSALMIST'S PURSUIT
Make your own Banner Here!
1. Pray and sing in the spirit daily. 2. Meditate on scriptures that connect with the song. 3. Be familiar with lessons being taught at Bible study. 4. Be prepared with extra songs if needed 5. Attitude: nothing else matters when it's time for worship. I don't take my issues, challenges, etc onto the platform of worship. 6. Gotta have confidence and boldness and a watchful eye....
Make your own Banner Here!
1)Be sensitive to the flow of Spirit and your pastor and your team. 2)Encourage the people, don’t enforce. Lead with a sweet spirit. 3)Never unload your challenges and frustrations on the congregation. 4)During the week, seek God for the corporate worship services. Ask him, “What is the need of the house that can be filled during the worship portion of the service”. Even though the songs maybe selected weeks in advance, you still pray that those songs are in line and on time for the worship services to come. 6)Search the scriptures and find the songs in the Word. 7)Allow the songs to minister to you first. Find yourself somewhere in the song so you can minister effectively. 8)Adlib using the WORD of God. Minister the song, don't just sing. 9)Pray that your runs are even anointed. So that ever run you hit or sing will be like a sewing machine. They will cause broken hearts to be mended. They will cause the people to get it together. So on and so forth. 10)Allow the anointing to flow through all that you do. 11)Pray over your gifts and talents. 12)Share with the team what different mannerisms or signs mean when you’re leading.
