I am inspired by many people - here are a just some of them
A CD you must have is Kurt Elling's Nightmoves
Pick up a copy of Kerry Kennedy's book called Speak Truth to Power
Make sure you see Bettye Lavette live!

I was born on June 4, 1977 in Cleveland, Ohio as Eric José Randall. I am the grandson of Madeline Greene. Her voice was very sweet. She recorded with Earl "Fatha" Hines, Jimmy Mundy, Benny Goodman, Lionel Hampton and many more. One of her most popular songs recorded was the jazz standard "It Had to Be You". This was recorded on RCA Victor back in 1941.Madeline Greene would soon marry my grandfather Willie Randall. Willie was an alto sax player who also performed with Earl "Fatha" Hines. My grandparents originally inspired me to make music.
Throughout elementary school I would find myself hitting the keys on a piano, before, during and after school. I would enter one of my elementary school's auditoriums and play the piano that was on stage. My parents were rich and at times we didn’t eat. We moved around a lot. However, on my 13th birthday I received a keyboard. I began to develop an uplifting passion for timeless creations. Alone, I study some of the finest musicians. You could still read some of the books that are provided in a high priced school without a their syllabus or the “help” of financial aid. I truly respect the history that came before. Now residing in San Francisco I am working with a band called Solcraft. Solcraft is currently playing around the bay area. I feel my poetry thrives with love and my voice with keys helps me complete my life as a song.

You might know that I am usually a positive guy. However, if you don't say it's wrong, then you say it's right.  I read in the paper, that the governor of California approved a bill that involved...
