Ladies and gentlemen, meet "Mama's Boys", Chicagoland's premier blues/rock group. These guys are the hottest thing since sliced bread where the Chicago blues scene is concerned and when you see them live, I'm sure you will agree. It was out of the ashes of a couple of other groups that this drop dead, hot as hell, blues flavored rock band came and I'm sure it was destiny that these guys met. One thing is for sure, these boys are set to take Chicagoland by storm. Presently a three piece powerhouse, "Mama's Boys" is the band to watch. Sometimes referred to as the "zen master of the stratocaster", Ric Mason, lead guitar and backing vocals, has been lighting up some of the finest clubs in the Chicagoland area since he was 13 years old. Then there's Dave Boenzi on drums, or should I say "cannons". Dave is thee drop dead in the pocket, beat master, extrodinaire. On bass is the best bottom end man in the business, Jim Leracz. Jim's bass has been rolling like thunder since he was just a lad. It's been said that when these guys start playing, the Aurora Borealis keeps time to their thunderous beats. Ya baby!
This band is loud, proud and rolling like a hotrod Lincoln moving at light speed down Lake shore Drive. "Mama's Boy's" have become an instant favorite everywhere they go and these boys really "pack em' in". But don't take my word for it. Come out and experience "Mama's Boys" for yourself and let their music move you. Listen to what a great band is supposed to sound like.
All the way from the southside of Chicago and ready for the world......... LADIES AND GENTLEMEN........"MAMA'S BOYS"
