i am a professional freelance bassplayer,singer, songwriter, arranger and musicproducer based in cologne, germany. over the years i have worked in the studio and live with different artists, such as Cascada / Gloria Gaynor / James Blunt / Laura Pausini / Linus / Daniel Aminati / No Mercy / Nino de Angelo / Jörg Knör / Hiram Bullock / Sugarbabes / Rick Braun / Anthony Weedon / Slimman / kurdish ethnoband Char Neva / kurdish ethnosuperstar Ciwan Haco / Ganymee on water / Marlene Charrell / Harald Juhnke / Nathan East / Janita / Udo Lindenberg / The Rasmus / etc. Galabands i am playing with or did play with: The Soulmates / Linusband / Sonic Pearls / Jim-Rockford-Band / Eurosound / Soul-Connection / Willy-Ketzer-Band / Wolf Codera & Band / Pam Falcon & Riff Band / 1st Choice Band / Le Clou Experience / NIC-Connection / etc. Additionally to the live shows and studio work i did as a sideman for these great artists i am also working as a music producer / remixer. one of these interesting projects was "FUDGE X" with Heiko Albrecht from düsseldorf (i was a part of the project from 2005-2007, in 2008 we disbanded). As "Fudge X" we did the following projects: "Crockett's Theme - In da house remix" (for the hollywood movie "Miami Vice" starring Colin Farrell and Jamie Foxx for producer legend Jan Hammer featuring rapstar TQ, 2006). It stayed in the german charts for 10 weeks and hit the no. 1 spot on itunes europe in august 2006!! In 2007 we released 4 trax of finest housemusic on the "Style - Tokyo Lounge"-Sampler which sold extensively and in mid november of the same year we also released our last project together, the cd "Paradise Bar", which features ten lounge trax with psalms from the bible as lyrics. Producer activities: As a producer I did the newest release of my long time friend and collaborateur Oliver Hanf called "After the years" in 2007. I also had the chance to do two vocal arrangements (together with Chris Erbse) for the release of cologne based accapella vocal group "Basta" (cd called "Wir kommen in Frieden" - "We come in peace", 2006).
Since 2003 I have a songwriting team with Peter Wieschermann, and in 2005 we wrote the song "Meet John Doe" for german RTL-TV-series "Das geheime Leben der Spielerfrauen". In 2008 the two of us also wrote the song "Yesterdays World" for the upcoming tv-spots for the german childrens-aid-foundation called "Kindernothilfe". the tv-spots will be shown on all major german tv-stations with heavy rotation.
In 2006 I was also lucky to play on two album trax of the german project called "Cascada", which won the WORLD MUSIC AWARDS in november 2007 as "Best Selling German Act"!!
