Art is born of the observation and investigation of nature. I love art. I love studying art, researching and visiting it. Love to read, do yoga, listen to my favorite music. I love my family and try to spend time with everyone. I love my grandfather.

One of the biggest Sting fans..... love most of his work. I also love Peter Gabriel-love all his albums......a true genius...also, Lonely Pirates -Art Grigorian, Artak Sevada, listen to Seal, Annie Lennox, love Armenian folk music, Ruben Hakhverdian.....Louis Armstrong, classical-Vivaldi, List, Beethoven....jazz Pink Floyd, the Beatles, female vocalists, Deep Purple, Herbie Hancock, Edith Piaf, Charles Aznavour, Calogero, love Piazzolla, the Gotan Project, Mireille Matteau....will add more when i think of more..

Movies:

"Cinema Paradiso", Malena, Sex and Lucia, Talk to Her, Russian Arc, Amelie,Blue/White/Red Trilogy, Big Blue, Gloomy Sunday, Run Lola Run, Scent of a Woman, Love Actually, Godfathers, Lost in Translation, Immortal Beloved, Love Italian, french and films made in Spain. They seem to know how to capture the true essence of a being. A new remake i just saw and loved - Dont Move, an Italian remake. I love great films, not a big fan of big blockbuster movies hollywood spits out every day. I just found a great Iranian film called "Children of Heaven" wow..that's what real love is..beautiful film about a little brother and sister and their dedication. WATCH it..

Television:

don't like to waste time in front of the tv.....hate to search for something when there is really NOTHING worth watching

Books:

- I love Tolstoy, Kafka, Marquez......love great books...have many favorites Birth of Venus, Girl with a pearl earring, love Metamorphosis by Kafka - got to visit his home in Prague and see the actual handwritten notes,,one of my other very favorites is Unbearable Lighness of Being, the movie is almost just as good. Love 19th cenury masterpieces, big fan of the existentialist movement in literature....LOVE Balzac, Hugo, Zola.....of course how could i not mention Shakespeare..."oh if i were a glove upon that hand, so i might touch that cheek"..true beauty in his lines... My roots are of course in my Armenian Literature..I love our most cherished writers - Egishe Charentz, Paruyr Sevak.......the list goes on and on..-
