Vanessa is an ambitious, experimental emo-rock band from Sweden.The band was formed in 2002. Vanessa is Joakim Näslund (guitars), Marcus Nordin (vocals, guitars and keyboard), Andreas Wiberg (drums) and Mikael Norstedt (bass).During the years, Vanessa has recorded three full-length albums, toured Sweden, performed live in Swedish radio twice and participated in several musical contests with huge success.
The band won Sweden’s biggest musical competition (Musik Direkt 2005), and has touched the very heart of a lot of people with their unique sound which has got a melancholic atmosphere over it.
