“Zed’s dead Baby…Zed’s dead.â€
John Stewart because he and his team put this together:
I am a fan of almost all types of music...EXCEPT country. I recently moved back to Arizona so to counter all the country I have been listening to a lot of modern jazzy stuff like Amy Winehouse. Overall I listen to a lot of Imogen Heap & Frou Frou, Norah Jones, Ella Fitsgerald, Jack Johnson, Cake, Jimmy Buffet, David Wilcox, Diana Krall, Sarah McLachlan, The Beach Boys, Steve Miller Band, Mary J. Blige, Ani DiFranco, Madonna, Indigo Girls, Dar Williams, Melissa Ethridge, Nelly, Missy Elliot, Beatles, Frank Sinatra, Beyonce, Harry Connick Jr., Gin Blossoms & Johnny Cash...oh and also Japanese Girl Bands like Shonen Knife and the 5,6,7,8's - Woo Hoo...woo hoo hoo!
And here's my one musical confession...I am a secret Spice Girls addict but I have limited my usage to only when I am cleaning my house. Must be something about those dirty girls that inspire me to get clean…
Too many...where to start? Cinema Paradiso, So I Married an Axe Murderer, Moulin Rouge, Closer is my kryptonite, Drop Dead Georgeous, Best In Show, Waiting For Guffman, Party Girl, Casablanca, Shining Through, Breakfast at Tiffany's, Steel Magnolias (yeah, yeah, I know), Gia, Guess Who's Coming To Dinner, Pride and Prejudice, Romeo and Juliet (Baz), Pricilla Queen of the Desert, Valley of the Dolls.
Lately I don't watch much TV. The only thing I regularly tune into is Six Feet Under and the L Word. I am more of a box set kinda gal. Friends, Alias, the Gilmore Girls, and of course, Northern Exposure (my all time favorite) are my choice over cable. My latest obsession has been Lost and catching up with all of the previous seasons.
I am currently reading Eat, Pray, Love by Elizabeth Gilbert and just finished Tales of the City by Armistead Maupin. One of my all-time favorite books is The Traveler's Gift by Andy Andrews.
My mother who is the most considerate person I know (and who never forgets anything...good or bad) and My brother, Jay. With his entry into the world, my memory began.
