I’m from Albany, NY. I have been spinning for minute and will still be on the tables in the hereafter. I love music, dj’ing and entertaining people. Music is freedom; spinning is a way to express that freedom. I am in the U.S. Navy and have had the chance to spin all over the Pacific from Hawaii, all over Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, Guam, Philippines, Bali and Brunei, I have been blessed with the chance to meet, work and learn from many people. DJ Whiz (together we ripped Yokota Air Base in Japan, people from back in those days know about that), DJ Honda (who I was rocking rhymes for back in the days, this man inspired me to get back on the tables, one of the best from Japan, much respect for what he has done for this art and for what he is doing world wide), Big John (from Hawaii, my man always ripped it at the Cellar and would let me get on when I wanted to), DJ 2Tru (Brother helped me to get that spark back), DJ Quality (for keepin’ it real since day one), DJ ShelShoc (being a good friend), DJ Peanuts, DJ Wheelz, DJ 1,2, DJ Sonic. The crew from back in the Yokota Air Base days, we use to rock all those block parties and events, then hit the clubs (no stop til the sun came up). Recently I returned to NY (518) still puttin’ in work keeping the art of real dj’ing alive. Also, recently become a member of the one of XM radio’s hottest dj squad, RATED X SQUAD DJ’s, lead by DJ XCLUSIVE (don’t sleep, these are some of the hottest dj’s out, real skills, NO WACK DJ’S on the squad. Check the rated x squad page and see for yourself). I believe music has no race, color or creed. It does not care where you come from and grows as we grow. It is a universal language and is understood by all who really listens. It can bring love, hate, joy, pain, excitement and energy. It can turn enemies into friends and friends to enemies all in one night. I believe we as DJ’s are the vassals for music. When we spin at clubs, after parties, radio stations, block parties, house parties, on mix CDs…etc.. we spread music’s message all over the world. I am a firm believer in “Unity through Music”. To all real DJ’s reppin’ around the world, keep doing what you do, MUCH RESPECT!!!. Pass on what you know to all who wants to learn. Dj’ing is an art, it is our art!!! Rep and respect it always. Remember to have fun with it; if you are not having fun then you should get out the game!!!! Know this, JUST BECAUSE YOU BUY A COMPUTER, RANE SERATO, TURNTABLES AND A MIXER, IT DOES NOT OFFICALLY MAKE YOU A DJ. Real DJ’s will feel me and understand what I’m talking about.
