Geegun: Geegun was born on August 2, 1985 in the Odessa city. The real name - Ustimenko Denis Aleksandrovich. At 9 years he has taken a great interest in hip-hop culture and wrote down the first tracks in part of Odessa rap group "Shamanskoe Zel’e " ("Shizo"). At 11 years he has started to go in for sports: boxing, thai-boxing and kickboxing. At 19 years he became the master of sports of Ukraine, became the champion of Ukraine and the silver prize-winner of the Europe on a kickboxing twice, was the champion of Ukraine on hand-to-hand fight. He took parts in Ultimate fighting (Oktagon). But sports never were his unique passion though many of the tracks Geegun has devoted to fights. For the first time his name has sounded on an album of “Krestnaya Semya” "Jizn ili Koshelek" in a joint track "Moi Pacani". And till now he is one of the participants of this group. Later, there was his first solo track: "Boitsovskaya", which took place in the album "Banditskiy Rap" (Respect Pro.). His next step was DJing (2003). He played in all best clubs of Odessa. And also was engaged in tour activity, played in the best clubs of Kiev (Oranjereya, Arena, Tchaikovsky, Patipa, Modabar), Moscow (B-club, Garage, Black October) and other cities of near and far abroad. He was one of those who leaded out Hip – Hop and RnB culture in a mainstream of Odessa in 2004 in the Stereo club. He worked with the best DJs in the CIS, such as Dj Dlee, Dj L.A., Dj York, Dj Phil, Dj Hobot (Moscow), Dj Max Chorny, Dj Shked (Kiev). He also worked as a DJ and MC on popular radio stations of the city, playing RnB, Hip-Hop and Soul. In 2006 he let out 3 studio mixes - Sexy On (RnB and Hip-Hop), Cocaton (Reggaeton), Come to ma Party (RnB, Hip-Hop, Reggaeton, Dance Hall Mix). He was one of the few who began to propagandize Reggaeton in our country. Now he works as a DJ in Odessa in two best clubs of the city (Palladium, Club YO!). In 2007 he returned on a stage again as an actor and a performer. The first work was a joint track with the best Hip-Hop, RnB group of Ukraine "Karaty" - «Mi Otdyhaem» which took place on an album « Kopiy Net ». Then the track has successfully been written down and the clip « Baby Boy » was recorded with one of the first rappers of Ukraine XL Deluxe together with RnB performer Ri. The clip took place in rotation of almost all musical channels of Ukraine (?1, OTV, Ru music, Star TV) and for a few weeks successively held on the third place in Top 20 of Ukraine. Later he has started to work in duet with the vocalist from Odessa, Ar4i. Result of teamwork was excellent and praiseworthy material. The first track "Tol’ko Tebe" became a bright hit. Then was made a remix “Kogda mi vmeste” on a track (Fabolous - Make Me_Better feat. Ne-Yo). Then followed: " Esli Lyubish ", "Mi Zaveli", " Na Pervom ", " Sexy Girls ", "Ya Na Vse Gotov" . Next successful step for a duet were three great concerts in Odessa (Bounty beach club), Kiev (Patipa) and Moscow (Black October). He worked on one stage with a star of canadian-french hip-hop K-Maro, at opening of his concert. Now Geegun is engaged in solo career and works on the debut album. The album will also include tracks which have grown fond to public: "Tol’ko Tebe", ” Mi Zaveli", " Na Pervom ", " Ya Na Vse Gotov ", and new others. The first single from this album "Producer" have already recorded and produced by a known Ukrainian rapper and the musician from Kharkov – Tuman. Beatmakers from Germany " NavSegda Production" and Tuman will be working on a debut album of Geegun, in producing of his album will be engaged the best rapper of CIS Timati and Dj Dlee! Geegun represents label Black Star Inc. in Ukraine. One of his last works is a joint track with Bogdan Titomir and Timati which was named "Shlushki». In future will be shoot the video for this track. Exclusive opening of the track could observe on a stage of the Ice Palace in Moscow (MTV RMA 2007). Geegun and Timati have already took part in filming clip of Bogdan Titomir on the new version of a track «Delay kak ya".
