Raw feelings on Zambia (Ellouise) No matter how much you’ve prepared yourself, one’s first face-to-face with extreme poverty is overwhelming and emotional. Some things made me laugh and smile, others perplexed and confused me, some frustrated and angered me, some caused fear and others made me deeply sad and others happy. Coming to know the injustices of our world is powerfully sobering and raises a lot of questions. “It’s just not fair and I don’t get it” i commented one night emotionally while sitting around the fire.We are proudly South African and LOVE going to live gigs. (Still wanna see Pearl Jam, Madonna, ColdPlay, U2 and Chilli Peppers live, preferably at Knebworth or Slan Castle. Ellouise loves her GHD hair straightner, (she would rather prefer hair extensions though).We love our family!! I (Ellouise), have the ACEST sisters on this planet. We love our Aussie friends.... and our South African friends :) We would love to take part in The Amazing Race, it would be great fun and we think we would win. We like being us. We have decided to soak up every bit that life has to offer and love experiencing new things, people and places. We got two brats called Marmite and Melrose, we hoping they will have puppies and we will call one Vegimite. We love listening to our ipods full blast and then singing along at the top of our voices. We love God, people and church. We love life,biltong, playstation, adsl. We love our two nephews and niece too bits. Adian, Micah and Robin are the cutests. We fight, laugh, cry, cry, cry, cry, cry, cry, cry, cry, cry, cry, cry, cry. cry, cry, scream, kick, smile, but still love each other madly!We are passionate about ending extreme poverty in our lifetime.We love Jesus Christ passionately and love the wonderful people of our nation!!!
