Influences: I take a little bit from everything I have ever heard. Going way back to the crib were the sounds of BB King and Coltrane... Growing up with a little bit of the Beatles' Rock n Roll... On to high school when I had the voices of Aretha Franklin, Lauryn Hill and Dinah Washington on repeat in my headphones... And then there was the Sarah McLaughlin and Joni Mitchell phase... The list is really endless! The most recent additions are the phenomenal voices of Hindustani Classical Music greats like Rashid Khan and Shobha Mudgal...
