She loved the funk, but she couldn't help loving the crunk too. Kissing Potion w/ Role-One, Feb 16th

About Me

I just moved to the San Francisco Bay area in mid-June...before that I lived in Seattle for about 7 years...the highlight of my Seattle time was helping to "found"/play trumpet/book for Kissing Potion, an(almost)all female funk group. Check out Kissing Potion's myspace page below. I'm still helping book the ladies' shows...so keep the requests coming :) I've also started working with Eldridge Gravy & the Court Supreme, who have proven to me that boys can get funky too. :) Check them out down below!
I have a fabulous boyfriend who plays trumpet far better than I, wonderful friends from the west coast and the midwest, a great family who is nearly as crazy as I am, I'm silly and uncoordinated and fall down a lot. I love music, I love marketing, I love cheap watery beer, I'm terrible at math, I have a black space pig for a nephew. I'm on the Board of Directors for Iamedia/Green Lion Productions, I've had the pleasure to work with a bunch of talented musicians and bands around the Seattle area both promotionally and as a booker. I started my Seattle career booking Tommy's Night Club, finished booking at Nectar Lounge. I used to play in The Soul Pistols. I do advertising and promotions for Six Flags Discovery Kingdom, I hate scrambled eggs. I spend waaaay too much time working on my computer when all I really want to do is go camping, drink beer and eat things over a fire. :)

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Television:

ahhhh...just another way to rot my already feeble mind :) :)

Books:

Give me books, fruit, French wine and fine weather and a little music out of doors, played by someone I do not know.
