UPNGROOVE Family

Me and my wife Betty live in France near Bordeaux and all of our interest is about 6T's/early 70's - Soul and MOD Sharp way of life (sure THE REAL SOUL sound, THE ONLY SOUND for true music lovers and connoisseurs, is full history with the great part of THE UK MOD Movement without who nothing will be happened !), since a long long time now. We have created The Up n' Groove Society more than 15 years ago in order to promote the 6T's - Mod way of spirit. We organize some 6T's Soul n' Beat nights and I have been DJ for some big 6O's Partys (Maximum Mod Week end at Leon....). We also enjoy traveling all around the world for big 6T's-Mod events (UK, Spain, Belgium...). The rest of the time is for collecting records, space age design furniture, books, passing time in groovy 6T's shops store and art gallery... Our passion is for our cute French Bulldog "Fever", without who the life wouldn't be so funny!! We also enjoy with our job in so far as Hair designer for me and Beautician n' make up artist for Betty, more than 15 years ago now. We create and conceive quality Hair cut and make up and most of our influences are taken from the 6O's fashion way. We have opened our Hair dresser store who call UP HAIR Concept and where we work all new and vintage hair cut : Asymetric cut, Geometric cut, Five Point Cut, The Mouche cut..., Vidal Sassoon, JL Desforges..., and OP' Art n' swingin' make up....
