Q: How come your prices are so low? A: Almost all magazine companies make their money through advertising. The more readers they have, the more the publisher can charge for advertising. Publishers offer us these incredible prices to pass along to consumers to increase their circulation. All the magazines orders will be shipped directly from the publishers.

Q: Can I get a renewal instead of a new subscription? Can I send this as a GIFT also? A: Yes. I accept new, renewal, and gift subscription orders. Some magazines (few) that are not available for renewals though, but they are the vast minority. Renewals are crucial as many customers already have subscriptions and will be looking to renew year after year. For gift subscription, please provide the name & address of the person that will be receiving the magazine. For RENEWAL subscription, please provide the EXACT name & address printed on your current subscription.

Q: I placed a RENEWAL through your service, but now I'm receiving two copies of the same magazine. A: We will verify first if you did request renewal through us. Once confirmed, we will contact the publisher and request that they combine the two subscriptions and extend the expiration date to compensate the duplicate issues.

Q: Can I order more than 1 copy of the same magazine and be sent to the same address? A: NO. Most publishers do not allow bulk orders unless ordered directly from the publisher.

Q: Do you have more magazines than the ones listed? A: We have access to over 1200 magazines. You can message me and let me know which magazine you're looking for.

Q: When can I expect my order to arrive? A: The actual delivery date of your first issue will depend on how frequently the magazine you’ve ordered is published. Publishers ask that you allow 5-8 weeks for weekly magazines, and 6-12 weeks for monthly and less frequently published magazines. Please be assured that these are standard industry lead times.

Q: Are these brand new magazines or old copies? A: These are new magazines and we do not sell back issues. Magazines comes directly from the publisher.

Q: Do you offer international delivery? A: Not at this time. I only offer subscriptions to US customers. FPO/APO and PO Boxes are acceptable.

Q: How do I change my address? Can i change the subscriber's name as well? A: If you haven't received a confirmation email from me that your order was already submitted to the publisher, then you can message me to change the subscriber's name and address. If you already received an email from me that your order was already processed, you can still request a change of address BUT the subscriber's name stays the same. If you want to change the subscriber's name, then your original order has to be cancelled and you have to purchase another subscription again. You will NOT be refunded for the cancellation of the original order.
