Tim Sennitt’s work represents the way he sees the world - not philosophically,
but quite literally. Both a curse and a pleasure - he is passionate about the image. His aim is to see, capture and most importantly, share the overwhelming excitement that he experiences - the adrenalin rush.Tim has a driving enthusiasm to seek out exciting colour and composition in the ordinary, urban & normal - even the mundane.Likened to sneaking a peak at something fascinating through a hole in a fence
- Tim wants the viewer to share and enjoy in what he feels. Not out of arrogance but sheer wonder at finding the interesting and beautiful in
the everyday.A sense of humour. A look at life askew. A nod in recognition of common experiences. It is this shared experience that links him to the viewer and one that is regularly commented on by on-lookers, clients and patrons.Tim wants the viewer to judge the image - not the means by which it is created. The finished pieces belying their origins with a screen-print, even paint like quality.exhibitionsJPMorgan/Art for Youth: Mall Galleries, London October 2004
