One of my interests is cake decorating..I'm a lousy cook, but when it comes to cake, my creativity comes alive..I don't do it for money..I enjoy the pure happiness a person shows when I design a cake specifically for them..It's something I can put my heart and personal touch on to touch another human being....One of my favorite things to do is to get up in the middle of the night all alone, grab my telescope and go outside in the quiet and explore the sky..It seems so endless and I am never bored with it, just totally amazed at creation...I am also interested in public speaking...First and foremost as a Proclaimer of the Word in the Liturgy of the Word ministry in my parish church.
