The bass-lines are massive and the modern beats are original and moving, with a definite dancehall feel and reggae groove.Sean "SirBassa" Hill is a musician/composer, performer, DJ and producer of modern electronic-dub-roots, trancehall and dance music based on Saltspring Island, BC.Mostly, he plays heavy BASS...He is part of the INTERCHILL Records tribe as a resident DJ, event coordinator and recording artist. As an integral part of the renowned INTERCHILL nights on Saltspring, he is responsible for production and sound @ all events.For the past 16 years he has recorded in Kingston, Jamaica, Montreal, Quebec, Salt Spring Island and Vancouver, BC, creating reggae/dub influenced music with forays into Eastern soundscapes, trancedub and downtempo electronica. He has also been working with GANGA GIRI for the last 4 years, recording, performing and booking tours. Past performances include festivals such as Vancouver Folkfest, Under The Volcano, EarthDance, Shambhala, Diversity, Invision, StarBelly Jam, Soundwave, Symbiosis & Open Air and numerous club gigs and hall shows. ..
