I'm Samir (real name no gimmicks), I love hip hop and I've been doing it myself for about 10 months now. I was brought up in West London, Hounslow and moved out to Manchester, Salford. I'm half British and half Moroccan, which is in North Africa.I produce as well as write and recently have started performing. Music aside, I'm a fun-loving guy, who basically enjoys life! BLAP!!
I have worked with: Briggzy, Sykes, Savage, KMR, Daubs, Ash B, The Geoffs, Simon Holden (from the Chaddock Level), K-O & DB, I have worked with poducers in the Manchester area from Kamze, DB to KMR. I have recorded at Pendleton college studios, blueprint studios, Upnorf productions and SORD studios.
My live performances consist of SKone Bar, Newton Music Festival, Nigh & Day Cafe, The Rampant Lion, Cafe Stella, Pendleton COllege, The Lowry Center, Walkden High and too many small places to remember.
I never sold no drugs cos i hustle in music. I stay up night after night tryin to write new bars and constantly burnin off new CD's. I always listen to different kinds of music for inspiration. You will probably seen me handin out cds lol. i gig weneve and whereeva i can.
I've done a northwest tour with the geoffs. playin in venues all around the north west.
I've worked with a band called "The Geoffs", they are indie mainly and they have took me onboard to help out a few tracks, I rap which adds a little individuality to the music, I reguraly gig with tehm and it gives me the chance to look outside the hip-hop fan base.. I'm also affliated to the Salford-based "Shoot-Out Recordings" (SOR) it is a promotional group showcasing artists mainly from the Salford area.

I have 2 promo CD's out. My first: "Wanna Be Known" which is now free! It has 8 tracks on it featuring Briggzy & S-1. This is up for free download in my blogs. And "Hip-Hop Anonymous" which is my newest project. * tracks Featuring Savage, Sykes, KMR & DB. It's massive!!! LOL Get onto me if you want one!!!
