Fresh Out of Arkham what is a hansom devil like myself to do? Now the question your asking yourself is how iI got put into Arkham in the fist place. That is ver easy to explain you see, Harley Quinn and i had come up with a plan to kill James Gordon, so that we could draw out the Batman and lead him to his grave as well, but old Batsy got the drop on us, and to make a long story short Harley got away and I ended up in Arkham.
Origin: Where to begin, well I worked as an enforcer/hitman for various crime bosses before becoming the "Clown Prince of Crime." I first encountered Batman during a botched robbery at the Ace Chemical Factory. I only escaped by leaping into a drainage vat of chemical waste, but later discovered the toxins bleached my skin chalk white, dyed my hair fluorescent green, and stretched my lips into a hideous, permanent red grin. It's not hard to understand why such a transformation snapped my already unstable mind.My methods are simple: gain pleasure in breaking every law and moral stature known to man. More importantly, I make the crime funnier by playing a game of cat and mouse with Batman. I view every crime, infliction of pain, and murder as the ultimate joke -- mocking Batman. My trademarks are his razor sharp playing cards and the laughing gas Smilex, a chemical that infects my victims with the same ghastly grin as my own.I'm extremely intelligent despite my lunacy, the I can often accesses information within Gotham City that should only be available to government officials and the police. My only real motive is bringing Batman as close to the edge as possible. I strive to outdo Gotham's other villains as well, for if they have the honor of doing Batman in then I have no purpose. To me Gotham is merely a stage on which I perform, as only I can.
