Band Members: LetÃcia is followed bass, guitar, drums, percussion, keyboard, pick-ups, metals, backings and a very professional executive production. With this structure, together with the interpretation, simpathy, carism and actitude of LetÃcia, the show is spontaneous, dancing and unlusable!
Influences: The Cores Show brings authorial songs and rhythms like soul, samba, mpb, hip hop and pop rock. It was performed, this year, with a lot of success at Diquinta night club in São Paulo: the first on January 26th, afterwards on March 23rd and the last on July 27th. On all the three opportunities, the public danced by the sound of the authorial songs Babalanceia (Eduardo Prestes, LetÃcia and Edson Walter), Manifesto Sarará (Eduardo Prestes and LetÃcia), Bomba Relógio (Eduardo Prestes and LetÃcia), Chance (João Venturini) and the song Cores (Eduardo Prestes) that names the show.
LetÃcia also makes rereadings of song like “O Telefone tocou novamente†and “Mas que nada†(Jorge Benjor); “Primaveraâ€, “Gostava tanto de você†and Bom senso (Tim Maia), “Olhos coloridos†(Macau); “Tive razão†(Seu Jorge); “Serrado†(Djavan); “A beleza é você menina†and “Neguinho poeta†(Bebeto); “Como†(Luis Wagner); “Samplemidiaway†(new from Bedeu); “Vapor barato†(O Rappa); “DÃvida†(Ultramen); “Todos estão surdos†(Roberto Carlos); “Aonde você quiser†(Jackson Five); “If ain’t got you†(Alicia Keys) and “That thing†(Lauryn Hill).
Sounds Like: Bomba Relógio (Time Bomb) - Real story that had happened with LetÃcia at Bras subway station in São Paulo. It denounces the daily violence of the big cities: “…it´s the lie of last election, time bomb to be detuned…†says the lyric.
Cores (Colors) - LetÃcia shows that she knows how to rhyme, mixing the love of her life and the love for Brazil.
Samplemidiaway - It´s a Samba, the brazilian music by excellence. Talks about the influence of new technologies (like Sampler) mixed with pandeiro and guitar and a lot of swing.Babalanceia - It´s a neologism created by LetÃcia to explain the cultural swing of the brazilian people to face the day-to-day. The song is a dancing pop with conscience.
