Sven Trio, recorded in the middle of the night, April of 2006. This is a trio of guitar, bass and drums, performed by myself, Giacomo Merega, and Tupac Mantilla respectively. The trio is loud and grungy. Lots of improvising and some loud-soft-loud songs borrowed from the beloved early nineties. If there were any press statements about this album we might hope they siad "An exuberant first effort!" or "Yea!"

Originally, Giacomo is from Genoa, which is in the North East of Italy. He is interested, musically, in the Mediterranean. Jameson Swanagon is from the Central Coast of California which, coincidentally, has a Mediterranean climate. Tupac Mantilla is from Colombia which is very close to the equator.
