Mike Daillak

About Me

Mike Daillak is a drummer/percussionist who has always been drawn to a wide range of musical forms. Growing up on the Central Coast of California, he found his roots in rock, jazz, blues, and funk, and has been playing music for most of his life. In the year 2000, Mike moved to Boston, MA, and studied performance at Berklee College of Music. While there, he took the opportunity to explore many different forms of percussion as well as drum set. This led to a new-found fascination with the sounds/feels/emotions that all cultures express through music. For the last several years, Mike has been an active performer and teacher in the Boston Area, travelling frequently and performing both regionally and internationally. He recently returned to his home state of California and lives in the Bay Area, where he continues to grow, both spiritually and musically…..
