MyGen Profile Generator Winter of ´95, Madrid gives birth to SABATAN by the hand of Elisa Candelas vocals, Juan Carlos Alegria drums, David Ballester lead guitar, and Jorge Dimitrov guitar.In ´97 After two demos and many concerts Elisa decides to join forces with power metalers Dark Moor. After a sabbathic year of disillusions David reforms the band with a total new line up Ricardo Ruiz - guitar, Octavio Ortega - bass Antonio Cerezuela vocals and Eduardo Olmos drums recording a third demo simply titled SABATAN.In the end of ´99 Octavio leaves the band being replaced by Marco Marouco from the Portuguese death metal act Extreme Unction.First gig with this line up SABATAN opens for SAXON. SABATAN decides to record a new demo called METAL LOUDER with very good reviews worldwide with new singer Miguel Pulido. SABATAN is invited to participate in two international metal compilations, ..United we are.. released by METAL INTEGRAL and ..Defenders of Metal.. this one released by Maninblackproductions. End of 2003 Miguel Pulido leaves the band being replaced by Miguel Corte-Real from the Portuguese rock band Arya.SABATAN records a 4 track E.P. baptized ..Like a Bullet in the Brain... April 95 finally Sabatan records the 1st full cd with 12 tracks of pure metal. In november David Ballester dies leaving the band family and friends devastated. The band join forces with loads of friends in a concert in memory of David that will be soon available online. Now the band is trying to move on with Marco on guitars,Octavio is back on bass only missing a full time singer. Our main goal right now is to spread the magnific guitar work David made on FIRE ANGEL.
