Collected Mess is a female rockband from Brabant, founded at the end of 2005. The band consists of four members: Vera (vocals), Marissa (guitar), Eefje (bass) and Lea (drums).
The four girls started to play rock-covers from Incubus, Hot Hot Heat and many more.
They played twenty shows last year, mainly at small festivals like Kempensessie `06, Herd Rock `06, Battle of Bands `06 and in cafés. Since a few months the band`s been writing their own songs, but they still play covers too.
At the moment the band`s participating a project called Popsport. It`s a competition with 15 other bands, and a jury will select 7 bands on their improvements during two months. Collected Mess will record two songs at the end of January thanks to this organisation.
