Create Your Own!This is the biography of Total Chaos(T.C.FLY) born Weldon E Fields Jr.Birth Date: January 24,1974Chaos is a 32 year resident of Columbus, Ohio (Buckeye State, OSU 2003 National Champs). The Buckeyes are home to a lot of raw talent ie..The Isley Brothers, Ohio Playas,Vesta Williams, Bow Wow just to name a few. Chaos is without a doubt one of the upcoming artists that will blow yo mind.Coming up in the late 70’s-80’s, he listened to greats such as Rick James, Tina Marie, Earth Wind & Fire, Ice-T, N.W.A, Run- D.M.C, Sugar Hill Gang, Cool G Rap, Whodini , Bootsie, Afrika Bambatta, Richard Pryor, Dolomite and Redd Foxx just to name a few. He also enjoyed Mighty Clouds of Joy, Johnnie Taylor, Al Green, and Eddie Murphy.After losing his mother in 1987 to lung cancer, Weldon became one with Total Chaos(T.C.FLY). He knew one thing that would love him back with no holds barred, was his love of music and his creative writing skills. Chaos is now the father of the 13 year old son and a 8 year old daughter. Chaos(T.C.FLY) takes great pride in his family and is very motivated by them. He grinds daily to feed his family by giving the listeners the most raw form of his music and creative abilities.After a four year run with a local group Tha Foundation, Chaos(T.C.FLY) decided to take his chances as a solo artist. In 1996, he released his first underground project entitled Who Gets Tha Last Laugh (produced by Markeith—“Big Black” Johnston), he sold 174 of those tapes from the trunk of his car in sandwich bags and no labels. In 1997 he became a self made undagound producer. He had a few local acts P.N.C, Miss Luchie and Black Widow, Geats & Mike. In 1998,now registered with ASCAP, Chaos founded Hard Hat Productions Building From Tha Ground Up. The first underground CD off the label was “The smell of S**t”, 113 sold from the trunk of the car.In 2001, this journey brought a new sense of determination , and a new drive for Hip Hop.TOTAL Chaos acquired a partner / producer / artist named Kleva. The CD entitled “ The 5th Element” was the product of the new team. It was something of a mix of genre, great music, great vocals, great production.In the summer of 2002,CHAOS(T.C.FLY)released a EP entitled WHO’S THA BLAME (produced by B-STYLE RECORDS),he sold 525 copies out of the trunk. Alast, it was what the record industry has been awaiting.In sept.2003 T.C.Fly released under his record label hardhat productions the album(THA OLD FASHION WAY).With self distribution, he sold over 5000 copies in the streets of Columbus,Oh.This cd was also available in selected stores such as media play,samgooodie and cdbaby.com/totalchaos.To promote tha album he released an EP cd called ''MO TA EARN'' which 2 out of the 4 songs where featured on this album.With in a 7 week spread T.C.FLY sold 800 copies and a grand total of over 3000 copies out of the trunk and still counting.In 2004,TOTAL CHAOS released 2 more certified hot cd's in the streets entitled ''THA UNDERWORLD VOL.1(OVER2000 COPIES SOLD) and VOL.2(OVER1500 COPIES SOLD).You can listen to samples of these songs on soundclick.com/totalchaosus.He also is on an all OHIO compilation based out of Dayton,Oh entitled HUGGABLEBEATS VOL.2 produced by J.LACK''BIGHUGG''& MOBEATS.You can get this cd in the Miami,Vally area.You can also get it on cdbaby.com/huggdeez.In the year of 2005, TOTAL CHAOS(T.C.FLY) had released 2 more EP cd's called HARDHAT & LAWLESS feat.SCRILLA(GARY,IND.)with over 2300 copies sold and SPICE-N-YA-LIFE feat.CATDADDY(MOBILE,ALABAMA)with over 1500 copies sold.You know he makes alot of music for the females,so he released a radio edit song called ''WHAT U LOOKIN @''feat.AX'CLUSIVE(COL,OH)with over 600 copies sold.This year in 2006,T.C.FLY has did it again with 2 more hot cd's for the streets ta bang.His self-titled cd''T.C.FLY''(over 1000 copies sold)feat. special guest SLEEP/CATDADDY/J.B./R.O.B/KID MAGIC and MARQUIL''lil red''. The follow up project "FLY PAPER",which featured SLEEP AND KID MAGIC,still has tha streets buzzin with songs such as 614 pimpin,count down,clean wheels and fly paper stand(over 500 copies sold and still grindin).I have grown lyrically,production wise,and most of all you'll be able ta dig this from tha ground up.Credits:March 2003 attended ASCAP writers/publisher meeting(MANHATT,NY), Inner Circle (talent showcase), Groove Shack (open mic), Poppa Jacks (open mic), Mercedes Lounge (open mic), Ashley’s Night Club (open mic), Club Deuces (talent showcase), Skankland Rasta Night Club (open mic & talent showcase) Columbus Hip Hop Expo’s 1999-2003 (open mic, CD sales, talent showcase, battle of the beats), Frankie B’s Undaground radio 96.7 (airplay, slot on tv show, open mic and talent showcase), I also opened a show for Bizzy Bone ( Lorain, Oh), Club VIP(Dayton,Oh- open mic), B-Flat lounge (open mic, talent showcase), Sankofa Youth To Youth (production & mixing), Little Brothers Night Club (open mic, showcase, & won mc battle) , The C&S LOUNGE (talent nights & open mic), Tha Ritz Night Club/Hi-Tek Talent Show (Cinn,Oh) ,The Silver-B Radio Show / WJMO1490AM (Cleveland,Oh) , The Slick Rick Show / WJMO1490AM (Cleveland,Oh), Club Tiffanys(Dayton,Oh-talent showcase), The BluePrint Lounge (open mic & talent showcase), The 2002-2003 Juneteenth Fest.(Col,Oh) talent showcase & hip-hop fest.
