Colab Entertainment was founded by Big Dox, an up and coming music producer out of Brooklyn NY, now residing in Orlando FL and E-Money, a longtime friend and savvy business entrepreneur, also hailing from the same borough, still currently living there. Colab was the brainchild of Big Dox, which became a reality when E-Money took notice of his friend’s enormous talent, passion, and vision for the music, and decided to fuse his business knowledge, experience and expertise with his friend’s remarkable talent as a producer and songwriter. Coupled with their love for Hip-Hop and their desire to see all aspects of the culture preserved, and evolve, especially the music, they decided to form Colab Entertainment Inc. In the spring of 2001, Colab Entertainment Inc. was given birth to. The company started out with the hopes and dreams of two individuals, which has now spiraled and grew into a growing, vibrant, thriving entertainment business based out of Orlando Florida. At Colab we specialize in music production, artist management & development, marketing and promotions, and record distribution. Our goal and aspiration here at Colab Entertainment is to become an integral entity in the continual growth, evolution and development of Hip-Hop music and its culture.
