I am a pure introvert who enjoys reading, flower gardening, cooking, live theatre, quiet restaurants & time with my children. My dream short term get-a-way, would be to a quaint bed and breakfast in New England, complete with ponds and flower gardens filled with butterflies. There is something very serene about watching them. I love butterfiles; I'd spend the day perusing antique shops, have lunch at an outdoor cafe, dinner at that quiet restaurant, then to bed with a good book. Add a special guy (skip the book) and the dream would be complete.

You should be able to tell from the compilation of songs on my playlist that I am a hopeless romantic. I also love Classical when I want to reflect on my life, '70's Motown when I want to remember loving times, & Gospel when I want to rejoice in God's blessings! I like the group "Boys II Men" because their songs are done the "old school" way.
Of course, I love all the songs from "Hairspray" the musical. Having a daughter in the Broadway show will do that to you.

I love "To Kill a Mockingbird" because it helps me remember the struggle; "Ben Hur" helps me keep the faith,"Shenandoah" reinforces my need to persevere in tough times, "Star Trek (tv and movie series) because I marvel in the human imagination, any movie where it works out for the girl in the end because it gives me hope that it can work out for me as well, and any Denzel Washington movie because he is a beautiful man... inside and out!
