First and foremost I am truly a man after God's own heart. I struggle through life everyday but my beliefs and values keep me grounded and won’t let me stray to far! I'm not perfect but striving for perfection. I believe that life is a journey through these terrestrial shores. In this journey, the path can be just as fulfilling as the destination. I live to learn and learn to truly live. I view life through philosophies not ideologies, the difference being: viewing life from multiple perspectives and through multiple lenses as opposed to a static conception conceived out of an individual thought (reinterpretation of a Bill Clinton thought). I operate in the Socratic method of teaching and learning through the asking of questions. I see every setback as an opportunity for a major comeback. I am a visionary leader with a strong sense of purpose. I have a strong sense of passion and desire for anything I'm involved in and working toward. I work hard and play hard. I try to make everyone feel comfortable and be themselves and let their inner light shine. I love keeping smiles on people’s faces; it changes the dynamics of any situation. I stand on the big three: loyalty, honesty, and respect. I value true friendship because I realize those don’t come easy (easy come easy go). I believe the only place success comes before work is in the dictionary, so I work hard and have fun doing it! I operate in the arena of intentionality, I believe that if you want something-- work for it by equipping yourself with the necessary tools and resources and watch God do the rest! I believe everyone has a purpose and destiny and it's up to us to seek this purpose and destiny. I believe everyone has the potential for greatness in some form of human endeavor; it's about finding that niche and making it happen! My greatest sense of fulfillment comes not from what I do for myself but what I do for others. I believe that advancing myself, to position myself in a better place to have an exponentially greater impact on the world is working for others. Basically, I can’t share what I don’t have, and can’t expose what I don’t know and haven’t experienced. Ultimately, I believe my manifest destiny is Greatness. I say that in a true spirit of humility but also in the spirit power, love, and of a sound mind. I ask myself who am I not to be great, I am God's son. Here is a quote that speaks volumes about my sense of purpose in life,
"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It is not just in some of us; it is in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others."
