His musical skills evolved over the next twelve years with piano and this experience began an adventure that would lead to so much more. At the age of seventeen he ventured away from the keys and into percussion for a period of four years. It was inevitable that he would be influenced by the intensity of South Florida's electronic music scene and direct his multifaceted musical talents towards DJing. This progression into the world of electronica has spawned an unyielding affection for allowing everyone around him to taste, touch and feel his music. DJing is the vehicle to urge people to get up and move; and this is his outlet for musical expression. Christopher Alan has traveled to several parts of the US and some of Europe. From musical production to live performance, he is a hell of a force behind the decks. ____________________________________________________________ ___Having played numerous venues throughout the South Florida area, DJCA felt it was time to see what other parts of the world were like; he now resides in Heidelberg, Germany. The year of 2006 was taken as a hiatus from DJ gigs to allow more time for studio work. Toward the end of 2006 or the beginning of 2007, Christopher Alan will once again take over the decks and begin his European tour. Always looking for a new challenge or project, he is excited to explore new technologies and ideas. He plans to move back to Miami, FL by the middle of 2008 and open an independent record label and recording studio.
