I was a british scientist working on for a super soldier program. Unlike the project I had the unfortunate fate of growing old and getting sick from working on it for so long. It got so bad I had little options left but to just put myself in it. I became vulture, a cyborg. But the robot had no power so I wasted away in a junkyard for years until something gave me life....
