Sorry I have not updated the site in a while but I'm geting back to it. (yes, I am geting bored at work =))
Anyway, take a look at the bands that have banners on here. If they are on this site, they are worth taking a look.
If you are a band and want this site to promote you, send me your banner, and i will check you out.
For now this site is not doing too much, but i am hoping to get up and going to support good, unsigned and un-heard-of bands, and to try to get their name out there.
